TURN THE VOLUME DOWN (or mute), it was VERY WINDY that day! I walked all around the 1st floor and lower level completely around the entire Pagoda. This place is amazing to see at night, you're overlooking the city of Reading which is an awesome view from on top of Mt Penn mountain. Taken with my Nikon Coolpix L105 on 3-3-2012.
